The first Mindfulness trail in the Alps
Mindful.Latemar is the first immersive Mindfulness trail in the Alps. Mindful.Latemar is located in Obereggen along the circular trail on the Golfrion mountain at the foot of the Dolomites at an altitude of 1872 metres. In the course of storm Vaia in 2018, almost all the trees were uprooted, so it simultaneously offers views of the impressive Latemar mountains and tranquillity because it is a bit secluded from the themed trails.
The trail includes 18 Mindfulness exercises which will help you to reconnect with yourselves as well as with nature. Mindfulness is the ability to be present and aware of the present moment. Mindful.Latemar is a place to be aware of one's physical sensations, the present, one's thoughts and moods.
The course was designed by Wellbeing Psychologist and Mindfulness Instructor Dr. Thomas Bernagozzi, who will accompany you on the immersive exercises amidst the nature of Mindful.Latemar. The path was designed in cooperation with Prof. Kuno Prey from the University of Bozen, faculty of design and art, who involved alumni Barbara Giordani, Samuel Simone, and graphic designer Maria Tedde.

Mindful.Latemar can be reached by taking the cable car Predazzo-Gardonè and chairlift from Gardonè to Passo Feudo continuing on foot for about an hour along the Latemar.ium trails.
