The new exhibition “The faces of water” beckons, starting from May 1st, 2020. Visit the Krimml Worlds of Water and embark on the journey of water. Discover the manifold manifestations of water – from a tiny H2O molecule to the eternal ice of Antarctica. The exhibition can be found in the House of Water.

This guide takes you to the special places of the waterfall and national park community Krimml. Go on a journey of discovery and experience the element of water, whether on the waterfall trail with spectacular views of the highest waterfalls in Europe, the Krimml Worlds of Water with interactive water installations or in the village itself - everywhere you will find the wet element. In addition interesting and exciting stories and events of the environment are told.

Starting Point

Arriving by car:

From Munich and Innsbruck:
Follow the Inntal motorway (A12) until the Zillertal exit. Then stay on Zillertalstraße until Zell am Ziller. There you take the exit direction Gerlospass and follow the road to Krimml.

From Salzburg or Villach:
Follow the A 10 to Bischofshofen, where you take the exit for Zell am See. Via Zell am See and Mittersill you reach Krimml.

Parking:
At the car park P4 (at the foot of the Gerlos Alpine Road) free parking is available for visitors to the Krimml Worlds of Water and the waterfall trail. The Kombiticket 1 includes the entrance to the Krimml Worlds of Water, the waterfall trail and the parking fees.
ATTENTION: The ticket is only available in the Krimml Worlds of Water. There you can then also validate the parking ticket.
