Starting Point

By Car:
1. Inntalautobahn A12 (toll-roads), Exit Wiesing/Achensee, Achensee-Bundesstraße B181, after 7km Maurach, drive alongside the Lake Achensee until you reach Achenkirch and Steinberg am Rofan. Or, from the centre of Maurach, you can turn towards Pertisau.

2. Avoid toll-roads: drive along the Achenpass from Munich until the Exit Holzkirchen, Tegernsee, Achenpass or Bad Tölz – National Border, Achenkirch, before reaching Achenkirch turn left towards Steinberg am Rofan or go on for 10km towards Maurach, Pertisau or Wiesing im Inntal.
